Upper Body
This
program includes: Self-acupressure hand, face and neck
massage, reflexology, eye-strengthening exercises, flowing
circular movements, gentle rocking and natural breathing. The
entire torso, spine, back muscles and internal organs are
massaged as a result of the easy movements. All of the muscles
and joints of the upper body, neck, shoulders, arms and hands
are safely and effectively stretched and massaged without
hyper-extension. The calming rocking movements and natural
rhythmic breathing help to enrich and oxygenate the blood,
reduce stress, relax and energize the body. Periodic pauses
between movements allow for the benefits to be felt and
assimilated. Many participants feel the increased circulation
running through their arms and hands within only a few minutes
of practice.
Tape 2:
Lower Body
This program includes: Lower body and
leg movements that stretch, strengthen and stimulate the legs,
feet and abdominal muscles. Low impact movements help increase
and improve both the blood and lymphatic circulation while
unique bone strengthening movements are interspersed
throughout the program. Circular movements increase
flexibility in the legs and hips, while body resistance
movements help to increase strength and trim the sides and
waist as well as the arms. Stimulation to the legs and feet
lead to greater sensation and sensitivity, vitally important
for better balance while standing and walking. The program
utilizes periodic pauses between movements allowing for the
benefits to be felt and assimilated. Spinal movement from the
Upper Body program is also included to integrate the upper and
lower body. Many participants feel the increased circulation
running through their legs and feet within only a few minutes
